CNC Turning:

More than 80 CNC lathes for short and long turning are available for 2–8 axes of rotation processing. With diameters of up to 600 mm and turning lengths of up to 1,240 mm.

CNC milling:
​
More than 40 high-end CNC milling machines offer 2D or 3D editing, with table sizes of up to 1,250 mm x 800 mm x 600 mm (X / Y / Z) and up to 12,000 rpm.

Forging:
We offer economical solutions for your hot forged parts. For the production of a few hundred grams up to 25 kg piece weight we deploy over 35 forging systems from 200 up to 5,000 tons of pressing force.
Laser cutting:

We offer high processing speed, low set-up times, minimal tool radius and high process reliability with these thermal separation processes for sheet thicknesses up to 12 mm and plate dimensions of 3,000 x 1,500 mm.
Additional processing:
Sinking EDM, reaming, grinding (flat & round), honing, lapping, polishing.
Heat treatment:
Tempering, case hardening, induction hardening, nitriding, annealing.

Surface treatment:

Quality control:
The scope of our quality control begins with the selection of suppliers and extends to the incoming goods inspection of all manufactured products, in-process control and the release of the products at the end of the production chain.
We test the finished products according to ISO and, in addition to control methods and specifications given by our customers.
Only qualified equipment and validated methods are used.
